Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule: by 9pm the day before.
  • Outside that window: no refund and no replacement lesson.
  • A heads-up by email or SMS is enough.
  • 4-lesson pack: you may reschedule 1 lesson within the 4 weeks.
  • 8-lesson pack: you may reschedule 2 lessons within the 4 weeks.
  • Exceptions (with proof): technical issues, natural disasters and other emergencies, personal matters.

Late arrivals

  • Grace period: 15 min for a 60-min lesson, 10 min for a 45-min lesson. Texting to say you're late does not count once the time is up.
  • Technical failure on either side (hardware, software, internet or power): the lesson is rescheduled within the next 2 weeks (within reason, at most ~once a month).

Payment

  • Accepted methods: bank transfer and MB WAY.
  • All payments are made in advance: pay within 24h of choosing your slot to secure it; otherwise it's released to another student.
  • The next month's pack is paid right after the last lesson of the current pack.
  • Pre-paid lessons expire after 4 weeks (use them or lose them).

Refunds

  • No refunds, except for serious illness with proof.
